I commenced my Alternative Dispute Resolution practice as a volunteer to the local Superior Courts in the Bay Area and word of mouth and early success together with a zeal for the practice proved positive and convinced me to obtain formal training in the field. I am a graduate of the first Mediation & Mediation Advocacy Training Program given at the Gould Center for Conflict Resolution Programs at the Stanford Law School in 2003. Thomas C.
